  • Sr. Architect

    6-8 Yrs    Not disclosed    Mumbai, Maharashtra

    Key Responsibilities :

      • Coordinate with consultant architects, R.C.C Specialists & Elevation Architect of all on – going projects. 
      • Working on DCPR 2034. 
      • Prepare New Project Reports & check its viability. 
      • Check all Drawings & rectifications as required, in consultation with Municipal Architect, R.C.C Specialists & Site Engineers. 
      • Brochure design for projects from sales point of view. 
      • Prepare basic plan of new projects as required. 
      • Selecting furnishes like Tiles, Sanitary wares & other finishing items of projects. 
      • Keep the company updated with new architecture products, trend in market etc. as per company policies & vision of the Company. 
      • Site Visits once in a week. 
      • Follow up the progress of each site in consultation with Director. 
      • Handling Team of Architects and Draughtsman. 
      • Miscellaneous architectural work like lobby entrance, sample flats, ground work etc. 
      • Any other tasks delegated by the management.
